Story from 6/20 – Bealls Outlet is under construction near the Dollar Tree and Walmart Supercenter for a new store. From the construction equipment parked out in the cleared land this building would be directly next to the Dollar Tree off Stripling Chapel Rd. The city has issued a permit. What is Bealls?
