Several sources are informing us that a Colorado developer is looking at land in the northern section of Carroll / Haralson County. We can NOT confirm if anything will come of this. Our sources have been speaking about the possible development since May. The development could be in the form of some sort of Outlet Center. We usually would not speak about any kind of rumor unless it was a big enough deal like this. I honestly could see this happening since the area would be a prime place for an Outlet Center.
