City officials confirmed to us this morning that another Dollar General is being built at the corner of Alabama Street and Brumbelow Rd. Pipes are now being laid and land is being cleared. The Dollar General will be about a mile away from UWG. Recently another Dollar General broke ground at the corner of Bankhead Hwy and Newnan Road. We will have more details on hiring soon.
