Over the weekend we happened to stumble across something very unique happening in the AG Center Garden’s directly behind the 911 Center. A group of individuals from Whitesburg Christian Church and another area Church were taking pictures of families. Pictures For A Purpose will help continue building Matumba Homes in Mashoko, Zimbabwe. The homes are for expectant mothers to come live the last two months of their pregnancy. While living in these temporary homes a message of faith and hope is presented to them. Back in March our partner of The Carrollton Menu, American Pie Pizzeria donated 15% of proceeds to help with the building project. Photographer, Shea Beckham and her team enjoyed taking beautiful scenic pictures this weekend while also helping a great need in Africa! Our community is so giving!
