Update : 12/23 – Palladino’s is open
On Monday, November 24th we were invited to Palladino’s Wood Fired Artisan Pizza Restaurant for a tour. We were blown away.  The building inside and out is a warm and friendly environment.  The table tops were made locally in Carrollton. Many TV’s fill the walls for watching your favorite sports teams.  The restaurant has an open kitchen that allows the customer to see the staff making their food as they wait. The open kitchen provides a unique atmosphere unlike any other in Carrollton. The restaurant also has a gorgeous patio that gives a view of Maple Street and the historic Maple Street Mansion.  The pizza takes a minute to bake, and we’re not kidding! The oven is heated to 800 plus degrees!  The first pizza we enjoyed was a pepperoni pizza with the freshest ingredients. The mozzarella is made in house! Joe and his crew provided us with a second pizza which was mixed with a variety of olives, tomatoes, and homemade mozzarella. Palladino’s also carries gelato in addition to other dessert items.  One of the Pizza creators at Palladino’s attended a prestigious culinary college in California. Stephen brought his immense knowledge to Carrollton! Palladino’s Wood Fired Artisan Pizza also brought 40 new jobs to Carrollton. Palladino’s is located on Maple Street directly across from the Maple Street Mansion.
Breaking News : Palladino’s Wood Fired Artisan Pizza will celebrate a Grand Opening on Saturday. Alerts by Jill Duncan State Farm Agency.

Previous Story
Palladino’s Wood Fired Artisan Pizza Restaurant will open in the coming days off Maple Street across from the beautiful Maple Street Mansion. We spoke with Mr. Palladino over the phone who let us know we can come by to take some pictures. He would also like to thank everyone who put in applications. Palladino’s is no longer accepting applications as they are currently training everyone. On a side note : A former popular bartender with the Carrollton O’Charley’s will now be working at Palladino’s. Look for an opening sometime around the first of December.
