A proclamation from the Carroll County Commission Chairman, Marty Smith was issued to the chapter. Judge John Simpson of the Carroll County Superior Court presented the proclamation to the Central FFA officers, recognizing them for their accomplishments and remarking on his own experiences through the National FFA organization.
