CARROLLTON, GA – Carrollton Elementary School will accept Pre-K applications for the 2015-2016 school year from Monday, March 30, through Friday, April 3. Children whose birthdates are from September 2, 2010, through September 1, 2011, and who reside in the city of Carrollton are eligible for participation in the 2015-2016 school term.
To enter in the lottery for available slots, you must complete an application at the school during the dates noted above and bring the following documentation. Required documents to submit an application:
• birth certificate
• Social Security card
• proof of residence (gas bill, water bill, power bill, or current lease)
• parent photo identification
The registration lottery will be Monday, April 13, at 9:00 a.m. The lottery will determine the order of registration for available slots and the order of the waiting list.
Due to limited space, non-resident applications for Pre-K will not be accepted at this time. Please feel free to contact the school after April 20 to have your child’s name added to the waiting list.
