You see it advertised daily, the fresh baked items, coffee and blended drinks from QT in their “QT Kitchens”, but when you try to get one at the Chapel Hill Rd location, sadly there isn’t one there. Moap no longer as that is soon to change. Over the last year or so QT kitchens have been added to both the Fairburn Rd and Thornton Rd locations inside Douglas County as well as the two locations in Carroll County. This spring it will be Chapel Hill Rd’s turn. The addition is scheduled for sometime this spring according to store management although an exact date for the project to start is still unknown. Â The project consists of converting part of the middle section of the store into a full service QT Kitchens complete with a full time staff to bake and brew to order. The project will be completely contained in the current walls so no additional store will be built as per the ones on Fairburn and Thornton Rd. We’ll keep you posted as the project comes together and nears completion.
