Temple Middle School Students Earn Seats in Georgia Music Educator’s District 7 Honor Bands

(Carrollton, Ga. – December 11, 2015) O​n December 5, 2015, , students auditioned for seats in the Georgia Music Educator’s District 7 Honor Bands. There were over 1100 students registered to audition for approximately 230 seats. Temple Middle School students, under the direction of Ms.Patti Martin, were able to earn 16 of the seats in this prestigious group. The 16 students were: Adrian Galbraith, Tiana Seale, Shelby Norman, Savannah Davenport, Janeise Jenkins, Augustin Lorenzo, Tatianna Passmore, Hayley Breaux, Boone Price, Elizabeth Thompson, Garrett Atkinson, Nathaniel Cadena, Savannah Reynolds, Eli Cole-Herrin, Caitlyn Bivens, Avery Leak. Three of our students, Adrian Galbraith, Augustin Lorenzo, and Boone Price scored highest in the district earning first chair placement.
