West Georgia Sports Academy Moves To Former AJC Building Near Robinsons Salvage

Locally owned and operated, West Georgia Sports Academy has moved to a new location in the former AJC Building. Former UWG Players Tyler Meigs and Jim Baeumel have owned and operated the sports academy since 2010. Their new location features 10,000 square feet of heated space with 7 cages, 4 pitching lanes, and 7500 sq. ft. of turf. This is the perfect place to host birthday parties along with private baseball and softball instruction. Open to the public, the building also features a lounge and a birthday room. Additional offerings include Camps & Clinics, Warrior Travel Teams, WGSA-Affiliated Travel Teams, Individual Strength and Conditioning, Individual Speed and Agility, Adult Group Fitness Classes, Cage Rental, and Online Scheduling.

Twelve expert instructors are on site and include local and multiple former college, pro baseball, college softball, college football and NFL Football Players. Over 50 years of college coaching experience can be found at West Georgia Sports Academy!
