Office Manager position available

Salary: Starting at $10-15/hour plus monthly office productivity bonus
Hours: Full time (35-40 hours a week): Monday/Wednesday/Thursday 9am-1pm & 2pm-6pm, Tuesday and Friday 9am-1:00pm & 2pm-5pm.

Job responsibilities: Welcoming, directing flow of and scheduling patients, answer phone calls, place reminder calls, insurance verification and posting insurance payments. This position also includes collecting payments, basic accounting, general office tasks such as filing, inventory, ordering supplies.

The following competencies are required for this position:
The position requires a person with a positive attitude, good communication skills, is able to work well with a team, uses problem solving skills and resourcefulness, and is able to take things and run with them. We need someone who is capable of figuring things out with little direction and can take the initiative to get things done. You should be able to calmly prioritize multiple demands and handle each patient and employee with respect and a peaceful demeanor. Having superior technology/computer skills, a willingness to learn, and a purpose to educate others on the benefits of Chiropractic Healthcare is also a must.

Qualifications: Previous medical office experience is preferred. Previous reception work or other office assistant experience is desired. We are looking for someone with an energetic and professional personality. Individuals who are health minded and present with a healthy and professional appearance. This position is for an upbeat, positive person with outstanding customer service, computer and multitasking skills.
