CARROLLTON, GA – A ribbon cutting officially opened the Carrollton branch of Small Town Bank. The full service bank, located at 1004 Bankhead Highway, also has branches in Wedowee, Ranburne, Roanoke, Heflin, and Oxford, Alabama. Staff of the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce joined members its Ambassador Committee to congratulate bank officials, board members and customers.
