Soon a new restaurant will open at 828 Newnan Road next to the Marathon. As you might recall, West Georgia Pizza Company released information in May that a remodel was expected to take place over the summer. Well that has not happened. We followed up with the gas station which informed us a new soul food restaurant is expected to open soon. West Georgia Pizza Company has removed their Facebook page along with the words “Permanently Closed” on several pages across the internet. The pizza was absolutely delicious, and we certainly appreciate them being a partner of The Carrollton Menu during the time they were open. Keep watching for more details on the new restaurant.
