Trillium Vineyard Opens in Bremen

Trillium winery offers a relaxing rustic environment for wine novices and lovers alike to sit down, enjoy a glass. and unwind. Founded by Bruce and Karen Cross in August, Trillium prides itself on making and bottling its own wine and providing fun events for those who want a relaxing evening. Thursday nights Trillium hosts a wide variety of events from local artist showcases, pop-up shops, and even a game of Bunco. On Fridays they have a food truck come in so that guests can pair their meal with food from local vendors, and on Saturdays they offer live music. Not sure which wine suits you? No problem. Trillium offers a tasting menu with their elegant wine tree which allows for six glasses so that customers can see which is best suited to their pallet. The bottom wine is paired with a piece of rich, dark chocolate so that guests can see how wine can be used to create excellent food parings. Trillium also offers holiday events, the latest being a New Year’s party to help ring in 2018. With two acres of vineyard and 220 acres of land, Trillium is a spacious and leisurely place to go to get away from the stress of the work week. Trillium is open Thursday from 1:00 to 6:00 p. m., Friday and Saturday from 1:00 to 10:00, and Sunday from 8:00 p. m. to 9:00 p. m. It is located just off Waddell Street in Bremen, Georgia.
