A new Family Dollar location is set for Villa Rica’s Mirror Lake community at 9591 Connors Road. The building space formerly housed a Walgreens pharmacy.
Plans obtained by The City Menus indicate that the project will include demolition and remodeling of the existing 14,738-square-foot building. Bids on the project will be accepted until April 17, and the project is estimated to begin on May 21.
Family Dollar is a discount chain that carries a variety of items, including groceries, household items, and beauty products. The new location will be Villa Rica’s second Family Dollar store as the other location is at 451 West Bankhead Highway.
