A new fish and wings restaurant is slated to open on South Park Street in Carrollton. According to documents obtained by The City Menus, a company under the name Solid Equities, Inc. applied for a building permit for AJ3 Fish and Wings for the location at 816 South Park Street.
The building is the former home of Lee’s Famous Recipe Chicken, which closed its doors a few years ago.
