A new fast-food restaurant is slated to be built in Hogansville very soon. According to plans obtained by The City Menus, Burger King plans to open a new location at the Valero gas station at 1945 East Main Street.

According to City officials, the project will join the new Burger King restaurant with the Valero gas station.

The new site will include a 2,259 square-foot restaurant, and the Valero gas station will expand with a new 4,098 square-foot retail development.

The new location will be the fourth Burger King restaurant in the area with the addition of LaGrange’s three restaurants.

Burger King is one of the world’s most famous burger restaurant chains and currently has more than 15,000 locations throughout the world. The company is based in Miami, Florida, and was originally founded as Insta-Burger King in Jacksonville, Florida, in 1953.

Bids on the Hogansville Burger King project are currently being accepted until August 20, and construction is expected to begin sometime toward the end of September.
