Retail Center Opening Soon in Bremen

A new retail center will be opening soon in the old Ray Sewell Company building at 300 Alabama Avenue South in Bremen. The building has been under renovation for a while and is now taking shape with three distinct spaces for retail.

The City Menus spoke with owner of the building Chris Daniels, who also owns Bremen Pawn and Gun next door, he expects renters in those spaces in the next 45 days. When asked what might go into those spaces, he mentioned insurance or loan companies. He also mentioned he has received inquiries from other companies interested in the location.
