A new hospitality development is in the works for Newnan, the conceptual plans call for the construction of a four-story extended stay hotel. Extended Stay America plans to be constructed on Hollz Parkway at Highway 34 (Bullsboro Drive). A variance was approved by Coweta County Planning and Zoning during the fall. Construction should begin shortly on the new hotel since plans have been submitted.
Extended Stay America operates over 600 hotels across the U.S. with over 69,000 rooms. The hotel company recently refreshed all of their properties with major renovations. They offer a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, on-site laundry facilities, free grab-and-go-breakfast, pools, pet-friendly accommodations, hot tubs, and fitness centers.
