A new retail development is proposed for 440 Stripling Chapel Road in Carrollton. Currently, a sign seeks retail, medical, and restaurant tenants for the new center named as “The Carrollton Shopping Center.” Delza Properties, a family-owned full real estate firm, based in Marietta, Georgia, is currently managing the property. Carrollton Village, directly across the street is also served by Delza Properites, remains 100-percent leased, and features Dollar Tree, Bealls Outlet, and Franklin Financial.
2.8 acres of land would be developed into a small-scale shopping center. Delza’s website states that it is an ideal location for “30,000+/- square feet multi-tenant strip center or free standing national.”
