Temple High Senior Signs with Emmanuel College to Play Soccer

(Carrollton, Ga. – May 15, 2015) Temple High School senior Carlos Velez signs a letter of intent to play soccer at Emmanuel College in Franklin Springs, Georgia. Velez served as captain of the Tiger’s soccer team for both his junior and senior years. He was recognized as an All Region 5-AA academic athlete as a junior.
