Construction has started as of Jan 25th, 2018
A new parking deck is being planned for the Trinka Davis Veteran’s Village Clinic in Carrollton. According to plans obtained by The Carrollton Menu, the deck will be a three-story parking garage with 114,364 square feet of parking space.
The garage will feature 300 spaces and will also have two elevator towers for guests to use. Site work will include the demolition and removal of existing structures located in front of the veteran’s hospital building to construct the garage.
“We’ve got it designed, and we are waiting on the award mechanism on the government contract for the project,” said Site Administrator Gary Bruton. “If all goes well with that process, we hope to be breaking ground sometime in the winter.”
