Construction on the new Dollar General in Centralhatchee is well underway. The new store will be located at the corner of Joe Cook Road and Highway 27. Mrs. Rogers with the City of Centralhatchee reported back in August that the store was set to open sometime later this year. Based upon the most recent information, it might be sometime in early 2018 before the new Dollar General is ready. Everyone in the area seems very excited about the new store!
