A new restaurant is slated to open near Adamson Square in Carrollton. Interior construction started Friday, February 16th. Permits were seen in the windows of the new restaurant. La Fiesta Mex-Grill & Bar will open at 201 Bradley Street in the former GB’s Cajun Cookin’ location.
GB’s Cajun Cookin’ is in the process of selecting a new restaurant location after moving out of the location earlier this year.
The owners of the new La Fiesta Mex-Grill & Bar confirmed that the restaurant would be coming to the location, but could not provide any additional details on the opening.
An opening date for the new restaurant has not been determined.
