A new restaurant recently celebrated its grand opening at 1027 Unit A on Maple Street. Kings N Queens Grill and Bar opened on March 30 and offers a variety of fried foods and home cooking.
I’ve worked in the restaurant business for many years, and I always wanted to open up my own place,” said Andrell Nunn, owner. “I started trying to put things together to make it happen, and everything just kind of fell into place.”
Andrell says her customers can enjoy a number of different menu items from fried fish to pork chops and much more.
“We have hot wings, ham, pork chops, fried fish, baked beans, cole slaw, onion rings,” said Andrell. “We have a very large menu, and we are open late.”
Kings N Queens is located in the space that formerly housed Rocky’s Pizza on Maple Street. The restaurant is open seven days a week from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m.
“We want to invite everyone to come out and give us a try,” said Andrell. “We are very happy to serve the people of Carrollton.”
