The fourth annual “Fashion FERST Luncheon and Fashion Show” will be held Wednesday, October 10, 2018, 12:00 noon at Sunset Hills Country Club. Dillard’s of Douglasville will be presenting the latest fall fashion trends modeled by local community members.
This event is the primary fundraiser for “Carroll FERST Readers,” formerly known as the Carroll County FERST Foundations for Childhood Literacy, which provides free books every month for children from birth to age 5, and works with parents to help their children learn to read.
