(Carrollton, GA) Women throughout West Georgia and East Alabama are invited to attend a night of fellowship, worship and powerful testimony at a FEARLESS: Defined celebration, hosted at Midway Church on Thursday evening September 20th 2018. Doors open at 6:30pm; worship begins at 7pm. The event is free and open to all women of high school age and above.
FEARLESS: Defined is a community outreach of FEARLESS 271, a ministry launched earlier this year based on Psalm 27:1. Comprised of women from multiple denominations and congregations, as well as a wide spectrum of ages and professions, the group shares a passion for boldly living out their Christian faith; teaching and encouraging others to do the same; and serving the local community.
“Young and old, married and single, working and retired…we all find common ground in our love of Christ and desire to provide dynamic opportunities for women to be affirmed as individuals created in God’s image,” explained Paula Bodi, program director for FEARLESS 271. “Events like FEARLESS: Defined will help us to break through barriers and enjoy corporate worship right here in West Georgia without the time and expense of traveling to downtown Atlanta or even to other states for other women’s events,” she added.
Plans for FEARLESS: Defined include light refreshments and casual fellowship in the Midway Church atrium beginning at 6:30pm; followed by praise and worship and speakers offering powerful testimonies during the program that begins at 7pm. Childcare is not provided at Midway Church for the event. Groups from other churches and communities are encouraged to attend and parking will be available for vans and buses. Midway Church is located at 1 Midway Church Drive, Villa Rica, GA.
