This fall, experience unprecedented enchantment on our University of West Georgia campus as we host our A Day giving campaign during Homecoming week! A Day to Give West – the largest single giving campaign in UWG’s annual fund drive – will celebrate with breakfast on Thursday, Oct. 18 at 8 a.m. in lower level Z6.

Visit giving.westga.edu to join the global community of West Georgians for a day of giving back in your area.

Later in the day, our campus will come alive with Homecoming activities! Festivities begin Oct. 18 at 7:30 p.m. with a glow parade and a skating party sure to cast a spell from Z6 to Greek Village as we celebrate the Homecoming theme of “Once Upon a UWG.”

The next day, President Kyle Marrero will host – and participate in – a fun, spellbinding route for the Presidential 5K at 6 p.m. Or come to the Campus Center to celebrate with an alumni beer tasting before the pep rally, bonfire and fireworks at 7 p.m.

The fun continues Oct. 20 with the Chicken and Waffles Alumni Tailgate at 11:30 a.m. Hear from Marrero, reunite with old friends and get ready to cheer on the Wolves as they take on West Alabama at 2 p.m.

Later that evening, join us for the 5th Annual Presidential Scholarship Gala at the Campus Center Ballroom. This enchanted evening of fellowship and fundraising centers on student scholarship support and provides opportunities for true-life transformation. In the last three years, funds raised have benefited 602 students. Please join us to help ensure every student has a chance to experience their “happily ever after.”
