Excitement is building for several new restaurants and one retail firm that are coming to Carrollton. Ackerman Retail’s Courtney Brumbelow, has confirmed the information with us. She states, “We have signed Supercuts, Pita Mediterranean Street Food, Five Guys and should receive the signed lease next week for another restaurant.” Since June 2018, The City Menus has shared updates on this new shopping center which will take the place of the former Marathon in front of Hampton Inn at 1435 Highway 27 South, Carrollton, Georgia.

Pita Mediterranean Street Food is the latest in announcements. Nour Rabai, founder of Pita Mediterranean Street Food, confirmed the new location. The City Menus enjoyed the tour of their headquarters in Fairburn, Georgia this week. His team shared, “Pita Mediterranean Street Food Carrollton will be a few months out due to the new construction of the building.” Pita Mediterranean Street Food has aggressively expanded in the Atlanta Metro over the past three years. The first location opened at Braelinn Village in Peachtree City along with a second location at Ashley Park in Newnan during 2013. The City Menus covered their opening on The Newnan Menu’s Facebook Page.

Supercuts has also announced an opening at the new Carrollton Station center. Initially, Five Guys & Burgers and Fries was the first established lease. We reported in October 2018 that Tropical Smoothie Cafe added to the list of new tenants, however this has not yet been confirmed by Ackerman Retail.
