Carroll County School System Recognizes 2019 Valedictorians and Salutatorians

The Carroll County School System celebrated its 2019 Valedictorians and Salutatorians with a special recognition breakfast on May 21, 2019 at Sunset Hills Country Club. Ruben Rivadeneira, 2018 Villa Rica High School Valedictorian, was the keynote speaker. Mr. Bart Cater, Board Chairman, offered a moment of reflection and inspiration. Each student was presented with a plaque for their achievement by Scott K. Cowart, Superintendent and Chairman Cater. The event was sponsored by Roopville Road Baptist Church and Office Ink Plus.
