According to property development maps, Popeyes is now confirmed to be the next restaurant coming to Sharpsburg’s Fischer Crossing development. The new restaurant will be located on the corner of Fischer Road and Highway 54.
Construction should begin soon on the freestanding building. We have no additional information to pass along regarding an opening timeline. Based upon other Popeyes construction projects, restaurants tend to open within 120 days after groundbreaking.
More build-to-suit space is also planned between Popeyes and Wendy’s. It was announced a few weeks ago that Jim & Nick’s is also joining the development closest to the NGC Cinemas (Click more to read about it).
