Film Work Prompts Traffic Control Measures at 155 Greenville Street South (GA 14/US 27 ALT) in Newnan This Week

What:  Film crews working in Newnan will be clearing the set and location at 155 Greenville Street South (US 27 ALT/Georgia 14) from Monday, Oct. 7 to Saturday, Oct. 12, 2019. For the safety of the production crew as well as area motorists, traffic control measures will be installed on a stretch of Greenville Street/US 27 ALT/Georgia 14 between Spence Avenue to Nimmons Street.

When necessary, the roadway will be reduced to one open lane with a signal flagging operation closing the southbound lane. The flagging operation will only be utilized when moving vehicles are present and loading equipment.

Signage will be placed in advance of the film’s work zone, and local area motorists are urged to moderate their speeds and to be alert when approaching the location, and also to follow the direction of the law enforcement officers.
