A new shopping center at 226 Greenville Street will soon receive its certificate of occupancy from the city of Newnan. Construction began on the project just south of Newnan’s Historic downtown in the Fall of 2018 and has experienced several delays.

A spokesperson for the development tells us, “We are waiting on the acceleration lane to be completed by GDOT and our gas pumps to be put in which could happen at any moment.” Recently Greenville Station signed its first restaurant tenant, B’s Kitchen.

Once completed, Greenville Station will have ten leasable spaces. Those interested in leasing one of the spaces can contact Nazim at 404-277-8287. Nazim says, “The city has done a great job checking on us and making sure the building is ready to be occupied.” Keep watching The City Menus for any updates on the opening of Greenville Street Station.
