Carroll County to Close Ag. Center, Animal Shelter, Historic Court House, and More

In support of state and local efforts to slow the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) and to protect the health and wellbeing of all citizens, Carroll County will be taking the following precautionary measures:

Beginning Tuesday, March 17, the following County facilities will be closed to the public at least through March 29:  Agriculture Center, Animal Shelter, Historic Court House, College Street Admin buildings, Parks, Recreation, and Public Works.

Essential services such as law enforcement, fire, convenience centers and solid waste transfer station will continue as normal.
