‘You Gotta Love That’ Neal McCoy Returns to Mill Town Music Hall

Mill Town Music Hall welcomes back country music artist Neal McCoy on Saturday, July 25 at 7:30 pm EST. Over the past three decades, McCoy has released three platinum-certified albums, one gold album, and numerous Top Ten hits. The opening act will be The Danny Dawson Band, a highly entertaining, Georgia-based country group. Mill Town Music Hall focuses on family-friendly concerts and events and is located conveniently off I-20 in Bremen (1031 Alabama Avenue).

McCoy grew up in Texas and began his career leading an R&B band before shifting his focus to country music. His career took off in 1981 when he won a talent contest that helped him secure the plum role as Charley Pride’s opening act for six years. McCoy used that platform to launch a solo career and release his debut song in 1988, and debut album, At This Moment, in 1990. His second album landed McCoy his first entry on the Top Country Album charts. His release of No Doubt About It in 1994 topped the charts with back-to-back Number One hits. In 2013 he released Pride: A Tribute to Charley Pride, Neal’s long time friend and mentor. Neal has been on 15 United Service Organizations tours around the world and considers them as some of his proudest achievements.
