In response to its continued growth in west Georgia, Spa 3:16 has found a new home to expand their services for renewing the mind, body, and spirit. Their ultimate wellness experience includes botox and cosmetic injectables, BioTe Hormone Optimization, body contouring, weight loss services, full-scope aesthetic services including microblading, dermaplaning, and microneedling.

Sharon Sewell, mayor of Bremen, recommended The Hamilton House to the healthcare and wellness provider. Located directly across the street from their main location at 222 Gordon Street in Bremen, The Hamilton House is “the perfect fit,” says Dr. Allison Key. Their family medicine practice will expand throughout the remainder of their current location, and the spa will soon occupy their “new old home,” said Dr. Key.

Originally a dairy farm that was built around 1900, The Hamilton House later became the home of Dr. Elder and his wife who served the community for many years. Afterwards, it served as the offices of Alan Bell Architect. When that business moved to Carrollton, a non-profit associated with the City of Bremen purchased the house to help preserve its history as it is one of the oldest homes in the city. Dr. Key shares, “The light fixtures in the great rooms are original to the home. They were once gas fixtures and had been painted black along the way. As Alan Bell was doing renovations, he cleaned them up and electrified them. They continue to be cherished and beautiful details of the home.”

Spa 3:16 has continually added services since their opening, and they have no plans of slowing down. They are now offering Instalift, which is a non-surgical “mini facelift” that is minimally invasive and lasts three years. Another new service is Kybella injections which permanently destroy fat cells in the submental area, cells that cause a “double chin.”

Dr. Key shared with us that her favorite thing about Spa 3:16 is “Seeing lives transformed through renewed confidence.” With the organization’s mission in mind, Dr. Key says “What we do is not just for vanity; when someone feels their best and feels confident, their whole perspective and life can change.” She laughed, “A confident woman rules her world, and today it is easy to forget that. We want to help people look and feel their best, to regain lost confidence, and to uplift and encourage everyone we encounter.”
