A popular restaurant in Downtown Franklin will soon turn into Loco Mex on The River. Federico Gimenez, the owner of several restaurants in Carrollton will begin converting Loco Rio to Loco Mex. As you might recall from a previous story on our website, Captain Billy’s also held this location and closed in 2012. The new owner confirmed to us last week about the new name. A Twitter has been created for the restaurant. More details to follow.
