Peachtree City’s Path System Shines at the ARC Regional Active Transportation Roundtable

Peachtree City’s path network was the star of the show at the Atlanta Regional Commission‘s (ARC) Regional Active Transportation Roundtable. City Manager Justin Strickland gave a featured presentation and shared insights from five decades of developing and maintaining the city’s 100+ miles of multi-use paths.

Strickland highlighted key lessons learned about safety, maintenance, and the regulatory frameworks that have made the system a defining community feature. The roundtable brought together transportation professionals across the Atlanta metropolitan region and featured presentations on new developments in Fayette County, including the Arthur M. Blank U.S. Soccer National Training Center and Trilith LIVE entertainment complex.
