Pam Tillis
As the child of Country music royalty, Pam Tillis was determined from a young age to find her own way in music as a singer and songwriter. Pam has always insisted on writing and cutting songs that speak from the soul. With 6 number one hits and 14 top ten singles, she knows all about breaking the platinum barrier. With more than 30 singles charting on U.S. Billboard charts and selling more than 7 Million copies of her studio albums, Pam’s critical acclaim has not diminished. Sony Records’ “It’s All Relative” (a tribute to dad Mel Tillis) was USA Today’s #4 Country Album of the Year and most recently she has released another album from her own record label Stellar Cat Records, Looking for a Feeling.

Ashton Shepherd
Hailed as a new Loretta Lynn by The Wall Street Journal, and compared to Taylor Swift by Entertainment Weekly, Ashton Shepherd stormed the country music world with her sass and southern charm in her songs “Takin’ Off This Pain,” “Look It Up,” and “Sounds So Good.” In similar style to Miranda Lambert, the former MCA recording artist lets her genuine Alabama twang and no-nonsense attitude take it’s course in her clever lyricism. The Billboard chart-topping artist secured a nomination for Top New Female Vocalist in the 2009 Academy of Country Music Awards, as well as a Female Music Video nomination in the 2011 American Country Awards.

Gene Watson
This year marks the Golden Anniversary of one of our greatest living country vocalists. In 1962, Gene Watson began his professional career by recording his first single.
“I didn’t know what I was doing,” he chuckles, remembering himself as a 19-year-old. “I think maybe I was dreaming a little bit. Who knows what’s going through your mind back then? I was playing nightclubs here and there and decided it might be good if I could record a song.

Country River Band
Tim Thurmond-Bass/Vocals
Steve Cox-Guitar/Vocals
Kenny Head-Keyboards/Vocals
Jim Tanner-Guitar/Vocals
Tom Thurmond-Drums
CRB was started in the 1970’s by Roger Thurmond and Danny Wilson. They played all over the state and brought great classic country to many listeners. The band played on town squares, festivals and dance halls and was well known for their square dance style of music. As the years passed, Roger had 2 sons(Tom & Tim) and they grew up listening to this music and started delevoping their skills in the early 80’s. As bands members would leave and move on to other things, Tom & Tim stepped in and continued the CRB with Roger along side. CRB has played some big time venues and opened for some Nashville artists along the way. Some of those include GA Mtn Fair, J & J Center, Country Rock, Club 201 and many more. CRB has opened for T Graham Brown, Joe Diffie, Roy Clark, Gene Watson, Randy Travis, Neal McCoy and Confederate Railroad. Roger retired in 2013 but the other Thurmond boys are keeping CRB rolling along. A lot has changed over the years and musicians have come and gone but the Traditional Classic style has never changed and never will.

Mickey Gilley
Mickey Gilley has accomplished what most artists only dream of — a long and fulfilling career marked by loyal fans and financial success. One of the secrets behind Mickey’s longevity is his ability to balance the heart of an entertainer with the brain of a businessman. He hasn’t had to “reinvent” himself to stay in the game. He has stayed current with the times, but Mickey knows what not to change. He has treated his fans with the same respect throughout the years, maintained his consistent high-quality performances, selected classic songs that withstood the fickleness of trends and tapped into business opportunities with an uncanny foresight.

Marty Haggard
Marty was born and raised in Bakersfield, California. Of course, everyone knows his Dad, Merle Haggard. Marty considers his dad the greatest singer/songwriter ever and I’m sure a lot of people agree with that. Growing up, Marty was able to travel with his dad and witness the writing and recording of all his great songs. He also had the opportunity to know many of the country greats, like Bob Wills, Lefty Frizzell, and Johnny Cash, just to name a few.
It’s obvious Marty was influenced by the legendary artists and their music while traveling with his dad. In 1979, Marty began touring with his own band, signing with Dimension Records in 1981. From 1983 to 1985, Marty with his dad, playing guitar and singing harmony. Marty signed with MTM Records in 1986 and released Trains Make Me Lonesome, which garnered him a nomination as best new male vocalist. Marty signed with Critique/BMG in 1995 and after some time decided to leave the Nashville lifestyle behind.

Jason Earl
Jason Earl, is an award winning singer/songwriter from Nashville, Tennessee who now resides in Georgia. Jason, won Traditional Artist Of The Year at the 2015 Georgia Country Awards. Jason, said he draws heavily from his own real life experiences for his songwriting.

Lee Roy Parnell
Lee Roy Parnell is part of a long line of Texas roots-music eclectics and is among the elite few who can be identified as a triple threat. An ace guitarist, as well as a distinctive singer, and hit songwriter, his music runs the gamut of diversity. Combining the influences of Blue-Eyed Soul, Delta Blues, Road House Rock, Southern Boogie, Texas Swing, and Gospel, Parnell’s sound defies conventional classification. He draws from a broad range of musical sources and combines them with seamless dexterity and, unlike many other hard-to-pigeonhole artists, Parnell has enjoyed a run of success on the country and blues charts. He reflects, “I am a writer, guitarist, vocalist & a performer. Every skill set feeds the next. I’ve never been able to separate one from the other. It all starts with the song and when writing I’ve found that nothing is stronger than the truth. It is from that wellspring that my singing and playing are born…performing, too. My goal is to keep it honest and let the listener feel what I’m feeling. No matter our different walks in life I believe that most of us experience similar emotions. I’m tapping into you as much as you are tapping into me.”

T. Graham Brown
There is only one T Graham Brown. His uniqueness has made him one of the most enduring and beloved performers of the day. He is a journeyman and a songwriter whose blue-eyed soul sound defies musical boundaries. He has penned numerous hit songs, and garnered a string of chart topping hits. In 2015 Brown received a GRAMMY Nomination for his latest album “Forever Changed.”

MamaDear
The trio of young singer/songwriters known collectively as MamaDear is creating a buzz and amassing fans up and down the east coast with their well-crafted original songs, exuberant stage show and sterling harmonies.
They met through a mentoring group with award-winning songwriter Tom Douglas (“The House That Built Me”) and discovered that musical magic happened when they collaborated. From their decision to be a band, while gathered on a front porch in Nashville on a cool fall morning in 2012, MamaDear has been on fire ever since. This trio has traveled throughout the country, playing many colleges, clubs and other venues and opening up for bands such as Parachute, Will Hoge, and Jason Michael Carroll.
Their diverse, distinctly southern feel- good harmonies and infectious melodies have caught the ear of not only the Nashville music industry, but diverse audiences all over the country. Most recently, MamaDear was noted as the “Best Up-and-Comer” at CMA Fest 2014 on RollingStone.com.

The Drifters, The Platters, and Cornell Gunther’s Coasters
It’s not a concert…it’s a party! Spend a nostalgic evening saluting 3 of the world’s most beloved musical groups who were instrumental in creating the Rock & Roll/Doo Wop sound: Cornell Gunter’s Coasters (“Charlie Brown,” “Yakety Yak,” “Poison Ivy”); The Platters featuring 4 of America’s premier singers performing their greatest hits (“Only You,” “Smoke Gets In Your Eyes,” “The Great Pretender”); and The Drifters, one of Rock & Roll’s founding vocal groups touring the U.S. again under the auspices of their original management team with their 50 year catalog of hits (“Under the Boardwalk,” “Up on the Roof,” “This Magic Moment,” and “On Broadway”).
Combined, these three Rock & Roll Hall of Fame groups have been associated with well over forty of the top classic songs in Rock & Roll history. From “Under the Boardwalk” to “Only You” to “Yakety Yak”, very few artists can boast of a richer musical resume. With such incredible musical diversity – from the comedy of Cornell Gunter’s Coasters to the romance of The Platters to the Motown Magic of The Drifters – this show has songs to please every palate, delivered just the way you remember them, when you first heard them on the radio.
