Melt Yard Announces Second Location in Paulding County, Georgia

Melt Yard, the dynamic restaurant, bar and retro arcade known for its fun flavors, laid-back vibe and retro gaming experience, is thrilled to announce a new, second location in Paulding County.

Building on the success of its first location in Marietta, Melt Yard’s newest venue will bring the same signature blend of comfort food, craft cocktails and vintage arcade games to an even more exciting space in downtown Dallas. The second location – Dallas Melt Yard – is set to open in 2026 in a former car dealership at 300 W. Memorial Drive.

“We’ve been overwhelmed by the support from the Dallas community since day one of this process,” said Matt DeBusschere, co-owner of Melt Yard. “Like we’ve done in Marietta, this will be more than just a restaurant, bar and arcade, we hope it will really be a community gathering spot.”

Since opening in 2022, Melt Yard’s Marietta location has quickly become a local favorite thanks to its community-first attitude, and a one-of-a-kind atmosphere & menu inspired by food truck carnivals.

“What’s great about this Dallas location, is that it will really be Melt Yard 2.0,” said Justin Wilfon, co-owner of Melt Yard.  “An old car dealership matches our vibe so well, and the huge amount of space allows us to offer live music for the first time.  We’ll also have a big outdoor patio.”

Dallas Melt Yard will sit adjacent to a transformative new development in downtown Dallas featuring an amphitheater, retail space and new apartments.

Melt Yard is owned and operated by longtime restaurateur Matt DeBusschere, former television news anchor Justin Wilfon and businessman Elli Johannsson.
