Rumors are spreading around Carrollton about the possibility of a Five Guys opening up here. We have checked with several sources over the last few weeks which include the following ; Dermo, Topix, Moe’s, and the city. All of these sources have been skeptical about Five Guys opening here. The rumored location is the former CI CI’S Pizza near the Walmart Supercenter. We called Dermo Realty yesterday and found out the empty CI CI’S Pizza space is in legal trouble and can not be leased until that is worked out. The sign on the former CI CI’S door was placed there after the building got a plumbing fix. Dermo has taken down the Leasing Signs due to the legal issues. Also we contacted Five Guys corporate for the 5th time and finally received an answer. The answer is NO. Corporate has NO PLANS for a Five Guys in Carrollton this year. Sorry everyone!
