We noticed lots of construction going on near the Mirror Lake area this week. Currently Peachtree Housing Communities is building Phase 2 of the Conners Senior Village in Villa Rica. This is the final phase of the project. Phase 2 will consist of 6 buildings and a club house. The property is geared for people ages 55 and older. Several amenities will encompass the facility such as a fenced in community garden, picnic pavilions with grilling stations, a fitness center, laundry center, and more. Currently the project is undergoing acceptance under the EarthCraft Certification program. This means that the community will be a green community (healthy environment). Fairway Construction is handling the project. The project once completed will consist of 5 residential buildings with 12 unites each and a club house. 60 units in total will provide 61,121 square feet which includes the Clubhouse.
