Today we went on top of the parking deck at the corner of Barnes Avenue and Johnson Street to get a visual of construction behind the Cultural Arts Center. The Courtyard Marriott site preparation is currently underway. According to open construction documents from RA-LIN, the Courtyard Marriott will be 5 stories and have 109 Guest Rooms. The hotel will also feature an indoor pool. Full construction will start soon off 220 Johnson Avenue. Plan documents can be found by clicking here.
