The property off 2404 Highway 166 W (Bowdon Hwy) just west of the Maple Street Commons has applied to be rezoned from Agriculture to Commercial. According to Artagus Newell with Carroll County Development, “There is a proposed 7-10,000 square foot building to be used as a screen-printing and embroidery business for Ozier Products.” The Carroll County Planning Commission Meeting will be on August 25th, at 6:30PM – 423 College Street in Carrollton. The Board of Commissioners will meet on September 1st, 2015 at 6PM in the Historic Courthouse. We will add more details to this once received.
