A meeting took place on November 17th in front of the Amp about the new Digital Sign that will soon be installed. The spot above in the picture would most likely be the location for the new sign. The University of West Georgia is partnering with The City of Carrollton along with Carrollton Main Street to make this happen. We were able to get a glimpse of the planned digital sign yesterday. Once contracts are signed, finalized drawings could be made public in the following days. This Digital Sign is much needed for letting the public know about AMP events and concerts. It would be a two sided digital sign with a very modern look in keeping with the aesthetics of the area. Keep checking back for those drawings soon.
