You may have recently noticed area Kangaroo stations with temporary “Exxon” signage going up. While originally we understood that all Kangaroos in the Carrollton area were becoming Circle K stations in March, it now appears that they will be co-branded. According to an employee at one of the stations in Carrollton, Circle K will be the brand of the store, and Exxon will be the brand of fuel offered for two stores, while BP will be the provider for two others. In fact, the stores have actually been operating under the Circle K brand since September, even though the signage has not yet been changed. The stations on US 27 in Bremen and Carrollton, along with the one on Maple Street by the University of West Georgia are already on Circle K’s website. The completion for the transition is still scheduled to take place by the end of March.
