A new coffee shop has percolated itself in Carrollton. Central Coffee Company, located at 820 Maple Street next to Club Fitness, has been in a soft opening phase for the last two weeks. However, their grand opening will be Monday, April 12, at 8:00 a.m. Owned by Jeff and Tina Pack, the shop features coffee from the Coffee Bros. Company out of New York and has various flavorings available to add, including mocha, cinnamon, Irish cream, and hazelnut. They also offer smoothies and protein shakes as well–perfect for a post workout recovery. After their grand opening they will begin including pastries, sandwiches, salads, fruit bowls, and more. A portion of the proceeds from each sale goes to support local charities and world missions.
Central Coffee Company’s soft opening hours vary and patrons are encouraged to check the company’s Facebook page for updates. Regular hours after the grand opening will be Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m.to 8:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 8:00 a,m. to 3:00 p.m.
