Clearing has begun for a new development at the corner of GA-74 and Rockaway Road in Peachtree City. According to Randolph Williams brokerage services, a Dunkin Donuts a.k.a Dunkin’ will be built here along with +/-2000 to 4,000 SF retail suites available for lease.
