Villa Rica and the surrounding area will have another shot at preparing for their home-buying, selling, and all house-related needs at Crye-Leike (pronounced “cry-like”) Realty’s Make A House Your Home event this month. Along with featuring their amazing team of REALTORS®, Crye-Leike will host vendors like Lowe’s, Allstate, Arrow Exterminators; and even Tiny Market, a new farmer’s market that opened earlier this year, will attend. Rob Smith, one of Crye-Leike’s REALTORS®, emphasizes that his team of REALTORS® are here not only to help you with the logistics of your home buying or selling process, but to truly connect you with the community so all your bases are covered.
“Our REALTORS® are truly worth highlighting!” he exclaims.
Delilah Bain, of Crye-Leike’s star REALTORS®, extends some pro-tips for interested visitors.
“Many people think you have to have perfect credit or loads of money to even think about buying a house,” she says. “But in reality, there are so many programs out there to equip just about anyone to get the home-buying ball rolling.”
Bain also points out that it takes more than a realty office to pull off making a house into a home. She credits involving the whole community for supporting those wanting to make the west Georgia and east Alabama area their residence. Bain shares that in addition to the various vendors, two new REALTORS® are being added to Crye-Leike’s team – one of whom provides Spanish-speaking assistance.
“Our little family is growing!” she exclaims emphatically.
Office Administrator Sarah Johnson chimes in that she looks forward to the excitement of witnessing the community come together for a fun and informative day. She points out that she picked Golden City Designs, Allstate, Community Mortgage and the other vendors specifically to help visitors get connected with the people and services they need to jump start any home-related process.
Even though he has only been with Crye-Leike for less than a year, Scott Parker can attest to many of the same points.
“We don’t just have a mishmash of people and vendors here,” he asserts. “Everyone that comes out to this event is here to answer any questions you may have. We have roofers, exterminators, insurance agents; and even The Brownies Family Farm (The Tiny Market) will be there for those interested in mums and pumpkins.”
