Marriott is introducing a new innovative lodging concept for Newnan called, StudioRes. The midscale extended stay development will start construction soon across from the Newnan Crossing Apartment community on Parkway North. This new 124 unit hotel is strategically located in close proximity to City of Hope. According to a statement from Marriott International, this new offering allows for longer stay options at an affordable price.
Site plans are currently under review by the City of Newnan. Construction should begin shortly once plans are approved.
